The 2025 Northeast Bat Working Group (NEBWG) annual meeting will be held in downtown Harrisburg, PA. Three days of sessions relevant to bats in the NE US, two breakfasts, a lunch, refreshments during breaks, exhibitors, and a poster session party with appetizers are all included. Our previous meeting was attended by ~275, so register below now to avoid the late registration increase and secure overnight lodging if needed.
NEBWG is comprised of agencies, organizations, industry, and individuals interested in bat research, management, and conservation located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Virginia area regions. A winter meeting is held each year at various locations where participants present results from previous studies, provide updates on long term projects, and plan future multi-state collaborative endeavors. State representatives provide summaries of their state's bat related activities, while federal representatives provide updates on national scale policy and protection efforts.
Venue and Lodging: The Hilton Harrisburg (+1 (717) 233-6000) has rooms matching the current Federal Per Diem of $121.00 with $15 per overnight parking. The 2025 NEBWG meeting logo and shirt art is available on three items below. The meeting logo will be printed on the front and back of the shirts. These will be printed based on pre-conference orders, with very limited availability of extra shirts at the meeting, so this may be your only chance to get these items.

Recommendation: When ordering unisex products for women, we recommend to order a size smaller. For example, a woman that typically wears a women's medium should order a small unisex garment.
